Just like our Goddess sculptures, our Goddess plate activity focused on how we view ourselves and our relationship with the world around us. They are a celebration of our brilliance and a radical acceptance of who we are, now. We enjoyed the idea that it would be excellent for our self-esteem to eat from our Goddess plates.

Lara - "The mermaid is a being of mystery and intrigue. Often blamed for the downfall of man at sea when in actuality, she is the calmer of spirits and seas. I see myself as out to sea. My Goddess calms me and guides me through. I have an affinity with the moon; it controls the tides and my body. During a full moon, I will often either recharge by sleeping through (unheard of for me as an insomniac)."
Rebecca - "The symbol at the top is for Balder, an asa god loved by all. He is nice, wise and forgiving, and also so beautiful he glows. I need to be participating in the chaos of life. Life is going to be chaotic whatever you do so you might as well join in and have fun. I strive to be colourful and try to enlighten myself through changing/evolving my perception. It also shows a more holistic view of the body and mind."
