Self-Portraits

It can be really hard to look at ourselves - physically and reflectively. This subject allowed us to do both in a safe space.

Flo - "I haven’t been able to colour my hair for years due to psoriasis. At least I could have it cut to keep it under control. Hair should be your crowning glory. Nine months in lockdown, without a cut and style took its course..."
Lou - "I’m Lou, I’m 45. I love to bake and make sweets. I have the biggest heart and lots of love to give my godsons."
Pam - Self Portrait
Laura - "My portrait is called ‘Perfect Life’ because people just see the outside and not what’s going on inside. It's everything I end up thinking about every day all day, it can be like having 50 computer tabs open in my head at one time and there's always a few frozen or crashing. I call this my mental load."

Rebecca - "In my portrait, I tried to enhance my insecurities (small lips, double chin)."
